Av. Arda Özgil holds an LLM degree from the University of Westminster. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, and intellectual property law. He has extensive experience in international transactions and cross-border commercial agreements.
Resume
Arda Özgil graduated from Cağaloğlu Anatolian High School in 2000 and Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2004, subsequently completing his LLM in International Trade Law at the University of Westminster, London in 2007.
Until 2013, he provided legal support to numerous domestic and international clients at various law firms in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial disputes, and litigation. He has provided legal counsel primarily in commercial and labor law, as well as intellectual property, criminal, competition, and corporate law.
Subsequently, entering the pharmaceutical industry, he served as in-house legal counsel, compliance officer, and board member. In regulated sectors, he has provided legal support across numerous areas including production and technical operations, commercial operations, compliance and internal audit processes, competition investigations, and international markets.
